Renault is a French multinational automobile manufacturer founded in 1899. Its entire lineup has a variety of vehicles including cars and vans. Renault operates in India through its strategic partner Nissan and they share a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Chennai. In the same plant, they have produced more than 2.5 million vehicles over 13 years which is one car every three minutes. Renault plans to introduce six new models, including two fully electric vehicles for domestic and international markets. The company is also aiming to reach carbon-neutral manufacturing processes.
